For the first time ever I did not receive an "item sold" email from Ebay.

For the first time ever I did not receive an "item sold" email from Ebay. I only accidentally picked up on it while checking My PayPal account, something I rarely do. It was a Buy It Now item, good until sold so it could have been weeks, if ever , that I checked on it. Asa result I am several days over the quoted lime limit for shipping the item through no fault of my own. I managed to contact the buyer who is very understanding. Drafts that I only wrote yesterday are losing descriptions and postage details overnight. .

Over the last coupld of weeks, I find that the description and postage details are going missing on drafts - often overnight. When I come to send these listings live I am having to re-enter details. End Auction and accept bid early

i have one bid on my item and i want to accept it now and the bidder wants to pay for it now, but it still has 6 hrs left to go.  The reason for this is due to the fact i need to shift the item within the next 2 hours to allowed it to get to them on time!   Can this be done? ... View more

Were is my money now

Some 14 days ago I sold 5 items through my shop, I have never received anything, total money involved £155. I was under the wonderful new money system the wonderful eBay had started.   Why haven't I received my money yet?   I have since closed my shop for the time being, intending to start again next year.   I know it cannot be an eBays fault as they are perfect in every way.   It cannot be PayPal as we are no longer allowed to mention them.   So it must be my fault.   So my question is  -  where is my money, what did I do wrong. ... Bulk uploads using file exchange - manually set live after fine-tuning?

seller threatening 'Legal Notice'

So i sold a pink PlayStation 2 (Console Only) to a buyer which i believe to have been working.Buyer receives and has the item a number of days before opening a request to return (Claims the item is faulty). I tried to help the buyer as much as i could by offering to replace the item as i have 2 (including the one which i sold) but the buyer wasn't happy. Buyer states that after trying 20 discs the machine damaged all 20 discs and now wants to be compensated outwith eBay to the tune of £47. Buyers already left negative feedback and in the mean time stated that they will be sending a 'Legal Notice' back with the console and that the police have been informed and issued a Crime Reference Number (whether or not this is true i don't know) and to top it off i will be contacted by his/her lawyer within the next 2-12 weeks.   1. I live in Scotland so rules might be different than the rest of the UK. 2. i have at least 2 messages a day calling me childish and other derogatory comments    what do i do?   Any advice would be greatly appreciated! ... GSP why can’t I invoice with agreed shipping amount

I have sold a magazine for £1.79. The winner is in Australia and GSP is quoting AU$38 for postage. This is outrageous and he and I have agreed it should be nearer 18.  Why can't I invoice the seller and charge this rather than send it through GSP? ... View more
