My buyer reported that she had not received her item . It has since arrived how do I stop the case

How do I stop the case brought by my buyer when her parcel has now arrived .

Buyer has to close through the Resolution Centre at the foot of the page.

 

If you haven't loaded tracking on ebay then if the buyer escalates, a refund will be made.

 

Having tracking is pointless, if not used properly. It is to prevent this sort of situation happening.

if you sent it tracked, simply upload the number into the case, if you did`nt send it tracked and the buyer leaves the case open, they will get refunded, because the system is automatic.
