You should have just accepted the return and provided a label without
disputing it..then you would have received the laptop back before
refunding..as it stands the buyer has been refunded and still has the
item
Unfortunately your feedback as a seller is probably the reason..you've
take customers money on at least 6 occasions and then you didn't even
bother to post the items
