New one on me this in all the years etc. Sent x10 parcels T&T from a post office on 16 June. Customer tells me one hasn't arrived yet. Go to check and find I can't access T&T number as permanenetly says "unable to confirm status of your item please try again later". On checking further I realise I can't access any of the 10 numbers from that post office although accessing numbers from other POs before and after is fine. So I try a live chat which doesn't answer any of my polite questions and just keeps repeating I can claim after 15 days (says 10 days on the T&T site). Eventually she just cut me off. Presume it's a glitch in the system with that individual post office. Just wondering if anyone has had similar experience? Luckily this particular item is of a value where I can refund without too much heartache but it might have been a different story. And it makes a nonsense of using the "service" and keying in all info in good faith etc. Any value in talking to the Post Office in question do you think...not so much about this specific package but about whether I can risk using them for t&t  in future? ... I sold an iPhone on eBay earlier this month (June) and I'd had an invitation to sell up to 100(?) items for a fixed £1 selling fee.  I'm looking to sell something else right now but I can't see anything that confirms I will still only pay £1 selling fee.  Does anyone know if this was this a time limited promotion?  Thanks! ... Is there a reason why some post offices won't process prepaid Paypal  Royal Mail postage labelled packages?  The tracking number seems to come up automatically on Sold listing of the item on ebay when the label is purchased so is there a need for a paper Post Office receipt anyway to prove posting?  Advice please. ... I've sold a vehicle and when the auction ended I sent the buyer a message to arrange collection. At this point, I noticed that the positive feedback my buyer had was actually messages like "bids on items but has no intention in buying! STAY AWAY!" and "beware SCAMMER".   At this point I thought the auction was a lost cause, however the buyer has now contacted me after two days saying "Sorry for the delay, I need your mobile contact to match the day and time to the collect the bike can it be??"   I feel cautious to give them my number given their feedback but on the other hand, maybe they're just confused about how eBay works? 1. I sold an item using the international seller arrangement, posted in good faith with insurance on the item.   2. The item arrives at the buyers address and he claims it’s not working ( I have videos and pictures to prove it was working on sending) Sellers picture proof nothing - There is a chance it could have been damaged in the post but the picture look like the item hasn't been effected.   3. Ebay has refunded buyer, they are advised me to take up the return with the buyer, the buyer is not responding.   I’m 500 down without a line of site for a return.   4. Customer service is apauling.  5. The buyer now has his cash back and my item, and ebay seemed to have washed their hands..... HELP!     ... View more
