Ebay's CS is based in The Philippines (and you might get Dublin if you're lucky) so no idea why you would get a call from the US. But does it matter? They're calling you, so it's not costing you anything.
If you're asking here for someone from Ebay to call you, then I'm not sure why...? These are the Community boards, ie. used by ebayers. You aren't talking to Ebay. To contact Ebay, go to Help & Contact (links at top and foot of any page).
