1. I sold an item using the international seller arrangement, posted in good faith with insurance on the item.
2. The item arrives at the buyers address and he claims it’s not working ( I have videos and pictures to prove it was working on sending) Sellers picture proof nothing - There is a chance it could have been damaged in the post but the picture look like the item hasn't been effected.
3. Ebay has refunded buyer, they are advised me to take up the return with the buyer, the buyer is not responding.
I’m 500 down without a line of site for a return.
4. Customer service is apauling.
5. The buyer now has his cash back and my item, and ebay seemed to have washed their hands.....
HELP!
