I just sold an item that was listed with UPS options for Canada and the USA - was just about to send an invoice and I get the 'ebay is handling the invoice' message as if it is now being processed by Global Shipping ????

I chose to relist the item and make sure global shipping is not selected - offer made by buyer and now sold - same outcome - I cannot send an invoice - UPS Express is by far the fastest, most secure and best service I have found for posting to certain countries - especially the USA and Canada - if I can't use it then why is it still and option when listing? Sort it out ebay.

Thanks - I haven't sold via GSP though - I have heard back from the buyer that he can choose UPS from his end but I can't see what is going on here and also UPS want to charge him 25% in customs charges

Did the buyer pay for the item with UPS shipping enabled? Did you purchase a UPS label? Was the item made/manufactured in China/Hong Kong?

simple deliverydomestic overiding international policee and postage cannot send invoice or combine to usa or overseas - here is ebay message [Invoices cannot be sent for items where eBay manages all or part of the postage. These items are excluded from this invoice. ] is this right as i have checked and my listing policee was correct every thing ticked even added view in usa and canada at extra cost will have to cancel listing and lose sales
