Unable to create sales report from last year, getting error: We ran into a problem. Please try again

For the past week, I've been trying to generate a sales report from last year.

It's not working, and I'm only getting a message: "We ran into a problem. Please try again later".

Generating the current month's report is no problem; it seems to be an issue only when trying to get a report from the past months or years.

I'm using Google Chrome browser.

I get this issue too. I found in the seller hub, if you hover over Performance and then select say 'Sales' from the drop down menu then I get the same errors. Instead I have to click on Performance. That goes to a sign in page. After signing in I can then get the historical sales.
