Hi,
Ive had a message from Ebay asking me to update the country of manufacture on all my items (antiques, collectables etc) so that I can be visible to the US again.
Is there a report or a template I can use to do that or do I have to go through every item seeing if there is a country mentioned or not. This will take me ages.
Thanks in advance

Hi @gigglemugsoldthings ,
Thank you for your post.
To do them in bulk you can go to Manage Active Listings in Seller Hub then select the listings you want to edit then click on Edit at the top of the table and choose Edit Selected.
Thank you,
Kat

Thanks Kate, I know where to edit them but what I wanted to know was can I run a report that brings up only the listings that unknown or nothing in the country of manufacturer column so I don't have to go through them all looking to see. 🙂

Hi @gigglemugsoldthings ,
Thank you for your reply.
I get what you mean. While there is an active listings report that can be downloaded it doesn't contain the item specifics part so it wouldn't be available.
Thank you,
Kat

Hi Kat, I have the same question - but I understand how to edit in bulk via the 'Manage Active Listings'. However in the list of columns that you can edit this way - 'Country of Manufacture' is not one of them....
Can you suggest an alternative? Like the original poster I do not want to go into all 800+ listings to amend individually.
Thanks, Philately UK

Hi @philatelyuk ,
Thank you for your post.
There should be a show more option underneath the year of issue item specific. Clicking that show a few more item specifics including country/region of manufacture.
Thank you,
Kat

The only way to 'bulk' do it is if you select each item that has the same county of manufacturer and do them in batches. In the bulk edit if you have the listings that are all made in Uganda for example you then go into bulk-item specifics- +view all and country of manufacturer appears as an option.
From just checking there is no way you can have them all listed and filter out the ones that do or do not have it and just have it as a column on the revise listing page which would have been most helpful.

Very helpful, thank you.
For others struggling, gather all the titles of Items made in one country then
my eBay > Seller Hub > Listings > tick those titles > Edit > Edit Selected > tick all items > Bulk Edit
> LISTING DETAIL Item Specifics > open down arrow next to each one > Additional Country/Region of Manufacture > Down arrow > Change to > down arrow on the right to select country name.
