It’s the same on our end — however, this doesn’t appear to be a reporting or metrics glitch. Something happened last week on Thursday or Friday (16/10–17/10), and since then, both our views and sales have dropped significantly — around a 99.6% decrease in organic views, and they still haven’t recovered.
We’ve checked everything on our side and also contacted eBay customer service, but they have no explanation. We’ve been selling on eBay since 2014, and this has never happened before. Someone really needs to look into this, as this issue is severely impacting our listings and account performance.
