Simple/Custom Deliery options are no longer options when creating a new listings

Have I missed an update?

The only postage option for me now for a new listing seem to be custom delivery. 

And listings that I had created with simple delivery (to take advantage of the extra convenience in the event of loss or damage) are now listed with custom delivery. 

Simple delivery has its flaws of course, but having ebay step in if something goes wrong with shipping is defintly beneficial.

When you're listing an item, you either have simple delivery or custom postage in case the item is not Simple Delivery eligible. Otherwise, you wouldn't have a shipping option. Maybe your page didn't load in full in time? If this is still happening to you, could you please take a screenshot to see what you're seeing from your end?
