When you're listing an item, you either have simple delivery or custom postage in case the item is not Simple Delivery eligible. Otherwise, you wouldn't have a shipping option. Maybe your page didn't load in full in time? If this is still happening to you, could you please take a screenshot to see what you're seeing from your end?
