I got a QR Code on my email for something i sold. I thought it looked a bit strange and on close inspection discovered it was for something else i sold to the same person over a year ago. I raised a complaint but have heard nothing and i'm still waiting for payment even though the buyer has confirmed delivery.

Do you have tracking for that item showing delivery?  If you do,  then contact eBay Customer Services with this information and ask as the item shows delivery ,could they  please release your payout.
