Buyer used BIN before I set away time

A buyer used BIN to get an item before I set away time on my account due to illness.

Do I have to cancel and relist or does eBay not allow retrospective away time? The item details say I've not long to post and I'm not getting out of the house before then.

It might be best to cancel & relist, otherwise you will get a late dispatch defect. If you contact the buyer, hopefully they will understand the situation & be ok with waiting until you can relist.

Of course, if they wanted it quickly, they may not be prepared to wait.
