Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.
I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo.
anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

I was interested in multiple items from a private seller but their postage was per item and didn't think it was worth trying to get combined postage and be issued an invoice at the moment so gave up the purchase ☹️

Seems to be affecting all sellers. AFAIK ebay have made no attempt to fix the issue.

This is horrendous, same issues I can't send invoices for multiple items BUT the option to use eBay Global Postage seems to not be working - it is ticked on my listings, but I CAN invoice these people but have to calculate postage costs which is a pain.

To anyone waiting for updates on this thread your best bet for now is probably to follow the following thread link.
It gives you a workaround that has been authorised by an eBay staff member.
As I say in that thread, take screenshots of the question/answer I refer to to cover yourself because the terms and conditions do say different.

A manager at customer services told me it could take up to 90 days to fix. Ebay has become a horrible place to sell at.

I don't think they can fix it.
I think the problem is BPF, specifically that buyers receiving combined invoices are getting hit with BPF for every item.
It's a Buyer Protection Fee, not item.
How can they legally charge 1 buyer multiple buyer protection fees for the same transaction?
There's no way that is allowed in UK law.

Unfortunately they have not put a timescale on this, so you are going to have to message your buyers and explain the situation. The simplest solution right now is to cancel the order and delist it as a bundle for your buyer to purchase or have them pay the overpayment of postage and refund the difference. This situation is ridiculous I know.

I am having exactly the same problem. When I had a live telephone conversation with an eBay agent, all they said is that is an I.T. problem and they could not say when it will be resolved. Surely a message could be flagged up by eBay to let us know what's happening.

The eBay admin team has already responded further up the thread and states there is no time scale.
Surely it should be an overnight thing and be fixed straight away, but no, they are dragging their heels as usual.
