Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.
I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo.
anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

I am refunding before I get paid as they are mostly regular buyers. It involves a lot of trust on both sides but I prefer to do this or think by the time I eventually get the funds I would have forgotten. My sales have dropped off so much I don't want to lose valued regular buyers by forgetting. They are few and far between now. I am not talking large sums.

I've just been on to them again about 5 mins ago and I quote: "This is a UK platform error that's affecting all private sellers. They are working on it". In the interim buyers have 2 choices - to wait until eBay fixes the issue or - pay for each item individually and then seller will refund all of your postage charges except one, which will cover your entire shipment. I sent a complaint up the tree and whilst the customer service bod was understanding and helpful they are not giving any idea of when it's likely to be fixed.

It's affecting all UK private sellers - funny that... and that it coincided with BPF - what a joke.

Agreed, definitely seems like ebay are victimising private sellers.
