Option to send invoices disappeared

Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.

I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo. 

anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

Invoicing has gone they have disabled it for weeks it is not compatible with the new system, anywhere including the app

I have just tried this yes the combine postage is there and invoice but it won't let you send 

I don't think this is a technical issue I think ebay have purposely done this

the combined is not working also for all ebay sellers ebay said trying sort and fix but been nearly ten day and nothing

i asked a manager to send me a address of there legal dept as breaking there own policies

Think so as ebay have not taken away the option of filling in the postage cost when sening abroad i belive

Ebay say once he pay full amount refund him the difference in postage

thats because overseas are not charged the BTF

thats the only remedy at moment ebay sellers loosing lots of sales and customers
