Option to send invoices disappeared

Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.

I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo. 

anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

i am having the same problem still 09/03/25, and i have noticed that some of my sold items are going to my unsold box.

You do wonder why they are putting so much effort into badly copying another site rather than promoting the differences that "make them better".

My account is affected as well and spoke to an agent a week ago who confirmed they were aware of the problem

As this has not gone on so long I intend to put a footnote on my listings explaining the fiasco and giving remedies as given by eBay CS.

I have done the same, also mentioning the bpf has nothing to do with me.
Sales have dropped off but no way am I paying ebay to boost my items

I got told to ask them to pay the postage and for me to refund any difference !

Hi yes I have had the same happen to me but the buyer aloud me to refund the difference. But then had another problem even though the tracking was same for 3 item and I added the tracking to all 3 items only 1 item showed as delivered via eBay site, so money was on hold. The whole thing is ridiculous and on a downward spiral.

Why not admit that it isn't coming back was meant to be started at the same time as forced simple delivery which was delayed. There will be no invoicing, no combined postage, no control for anyone who has a private account for anything

And likely no collection from your door by royal mail anymore, i think we are supposed to drop everything off at one of their points, which is absolutely discriminating against disabled people who can't get out much...

Not looking good for ebay UK at all.

I think if you are using Royal Mail, even though Ebay are supplying you with a label, you will be able to arrange collection. Though I have not tried it myself yet, and can't point you to where you do this.

Important thing is to deselect Evri from your Simple Delivery options.

Will we still be able to pick how to ship abroad? UPS are far and away the best I've found - takes a few days whereas Parcel Force would take weeks.
