Item not showing as delivered and neither buyer or seller been able to contact ebay to tell them

I sold an expensive watch last weekend.  Initially I downloaded a label via ebay then realised there that it would be cheaper to send via post office with Insurance and delivery guarantee. I sent the watch on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday and buyer very happy. I havent been able to change delivery to delivered it seems because Ebay still think it,s going via Evri through ebay itself. There needs to be a way to get through the system so that both seller and buyer can confirm item delivered. As it stands, I won,t be paid until the 7th April. I,ve tried for hours to find a way to chat to ebay but foiled at every turn. I really don,t want to use Ebay ever again.

You can contact ebay using  callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

and ask them to change the tracking number for the item.      Or if you wait 14 days the money will be released anyway.
