Has anyone sold to the US through the Global Shipping Programme in the last few days?

It does seem to be active with items showing up on ebay.com - just wondering if eBay are charging buyers the relevant tariffs.

So far we have shipped 4 items to the USA with GSP, way down on our pre tariff volume. However we have had 1 item utterly smashed, perhaps a one off... now we get to see how refunds etc work with GSP post tariff. 

We would much rather ship to the US without using GSP but ebay seem to be refusing to give clarity on how sellers can collect tariffs. Obviously some sellers are adding that cost to postage but strictly speaking that is not permitted and when asked for clarity on it ebay has refused to give any.

im selling items to usa big value delivered within 3-4 days via ups on ebay the prices are low, god knows why someone would use gsp, but really does depend on the type of item, i cant see any of my buyers wantin to wait 3-4 weeksfor a item costing 0000s
