Evri lost parcel and buyer still waiting..

Delivery estimated 12th Oct. Raised Enquiry 19th Oct.  Gave 'Chat' description of item and valuation but can't get any further with them. Enquiry died 25th Oct. Now 4th Nov. 'Chat' told me to claim but there's nowhere to find a claims form and 'Chat' just repeats itself. 

Can anyone help?

Ebay customer service do not read these posts so you need to contact them if  you have an issue with a purchase or seller.

I have tried to get in touch with the seller he takes no notice of any of
my email I have sent to him .At least I get a response from you. Thanks for
replying to me. But regardling the seller he needs to lose his job for this
Making out he has sent something knowing that I will never received
anything.from himself. It's not very good Business for you. Thanks again.

Thanks for reply. Have contacted Customer Service to have emails from this person stopped. I AM NOT THE PERSON he/she should be contacting about a non delivered parcel. Have never dealt with this person before.

so he has got the wrong person. My original problem has now been solved by eBay Packlink.

If you haven't received your item you must open a claim with eBay within 30 days of the estimated delivery.

To do this go to your purchases and find the item,to the right under More Actions select I didn't receive it,if you get no response in 4 days you should be able to escalate your claim for an eBay decision and refund.

It's been passed 30 days if you work it out your self it's been more like
60 days. Now the truth hurts you. I came to you only once see if you was as
good as Amazon but you are not.your delivery service is very poor. I don't
know anyone who uses 2nd class post. Only people who sent Xmas cards and no
one else. Thanks again for getting in touch with me.

Well,I can't work it out myself as you have never given any purchase or estimated delivery dates

'I don't know anyone who uses 2nd class post'-Many sellers will use 2nd class post as buyers don't want to pay the increased fee for 1st class or better even when it's offered

As you are too late for an eBay claim try to claim from your payment method either Paypal or your card issuer.

You only joined eBay 11 August 2024 so you've got to be unlucky if you are now past 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date showing on the order.

Before you send me any information regarding my order I have many other
emails what I received from eBay so be careful what you say to me. I order
that on the 11 of August.so get it right the first time..

I have 3 incident numbers for 3 lost parcels - Evri have not contacted me back and I have no items. If anyone has a way to get past the robotic chat or phone help - which do not seem to recognise anything PLEASE tell me.

If you purchased the postage label via eBay Packlink,  you will have to claim from eBay, not Evri or Royal Mail.

I have a problem with Evri. I put a package in an InPost locker and it is stuck there. InPost won't help, as it's an Evri parcel, and I simply cannot get hold of Evri at all. Do you think you could send me the contact numbers please? TIA
