Delivery estimated 12th Oct. Raised Enquiry 19th Oct. Gave 'Chat' description of item and valuation but can't get any further with them. Enquiry died 25th Oct. Now 4th Nov. 'Chat' told me to claim but there's nowhere to find a claims form and 'Chat' just repeats itself.
Can anyone help?

It looks like you booked Evri via eBay/Packlink Economy Delivery (eBay Delivery – Evri, Yodel & DPD) in which case it's Packlink you need to make a claim with https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014270619#

I've sent you a private message OP with some direct EVRI contact numbers, so that you can talk to a human and not an AI CHAT box!!

You need to get Evri to email you a claim form - you should be able to request that via chat. However, Evri seem to deliberately make it as difficult as possible to actually get any customer service from them. Have you checked that the item is covered by Evri (they have a long list of excluded items) - otherwise no point in claiming?

The only way the OP is going to get a claims form emailed to them at the moment, is by speaking to a human, not a chat box.

are you the sender? Evri will only chat with the person who took out order.

If you used Packlink. Click on the item dispatched from the seller hub. Click 'purchase another label' and then Packlink. This will bring you to the original label page. At the bottom, it will say 'contact us'. Above this is the Packlink reference number which starts with GB. You will need this so copy it before you press the contact button. Open your case and you will be contacted within 24 - 48 working hours. You must do this within 30 days of buying the original label.

Ive just had this issue, in the chat i reported to bot a item not arrived and said i was the sender and gave number of label. it said it saw it hadnt been scanned for a few days since accepting the item and it wpuld be investigated.'i got an email in my junk box from a claire who asked for 48 hours to search network, theyve emailed back saying its misplaced and provided me a link to log in yo evri and fill claim form out. i did have to go back to email and click link again after i logged in as page didnt appear but i left browser open and clicked email link again and claim for appeared. then i got email saying allow 28 das for processing. i sent ebay invoice and item number and order number in form to guarantee they had evidence. so you should check junkmail too

I sent an email to the Chief Executive about my missing parcel. Everyone should do that and really annoy them.
They never found it despite a full description pf box and contents. It would not surporise me if it was either stolen or just chucked in a bin by a disgruntled employee.

As you seem to have answers I'm contacting you. I sent a parcel via Evri packlink which was not delivered. The Tracking number was H051JA0019012578. Tracking stopped on 24th August 2024 at the 'on it's way to the courier' stage. I contacted Evri many times during the next 12 days as the buyer stated parcel was not received.(I didn't realise I needed to contact eBay - couldn't find any way till your info). During my many emails to Evri, their replies started giving a different Tracking number (H051JA0021236398). So I queried this but was never given an explanation. Eventually they told me to contact eBay as they are considered as the carrier. I received an email from eBay saying to refund the buyer, so I have just done so. I have only just seen your info 'support-ebay.packlink.com', so have sent details of my email address & original parcel tracking number. Am I likely to get a refund from eBay for non-delivery, even though I have now refunded the buyer? I am now £12 out of pocket (small amount but I want it back, on principle). I hope you can advise me further. Many thanks.

I don't think you have ever sent anything to me because if you had I would have received it by now At the moment I am out of pocket.you had my money and I have received nothing from you.not ones but twice As I said to a police you have taken my money and I have received nothing from you. So I out of money what I gave to you I don't care about the money I just want what I order from you. This time sent by first class post and make sure that I can sign for it. That is the best way of doing it. If I have not signed for it I have not received it . Still waiting for it to arrive.

You should be able to claim from Packlink using the link posted earlier as long as you are within 30 days of dropping the package off at the collection point or having it collected and the item is covered for loss.

Thanks so much for reply. I used the link you posted & it's now all sorted & refunded!
However, I received a reply today, insisting that I have not sent them a parcel including. An address was given. I looked this up on Google & it appears to be sheltered housing of some sort.
Someone trying it on? An attempted Scam? A confused very old person who is capable of using 'Community? I'm baffled.
My contact with you was the first time I have used 'Community' so this was totally unexpected.
Anyway, thanks for your help- I wouldn't hav got the refund without your link
