Anyone else getting this? https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
So much for 24/7 support. What are these buyer fees for?

OK I have found a workaround !
On your homepage, go top left click on Help & Contact.
Then enter your issue, I just entered ' Payout issue'.
Click on several boxes asking further questions and you will come to a left sidebar ... Contact Us >> Chat with Automated Assistant. I got through in seconds.
The above may help for the time being. 🤗

I can get on the automated assistant, but when it comes to the option to "have us call you" its still greyed out and closed.

I agree it is but if it's an absolute necessity to contact CS that seems for now, to be the only way to contact CS Towers.
What is the issue you've encountered, perhaps someone here if you come back and explain, can help you?

I really need speak to ebay. It's about a return where the buyer has only sent back half the item. It was a false return anyway, but I had a "promise" from the last CS agent I spoke to that if I accepted the return, ebay would "sort it" for me. I'm not holding my breath, even if I can ever get through.

Must say that every time I've seen people plastering the 'have us call you' link on the boards over the past couple of years I've thought 'eBay will disable this before long'. Why? Because they don't want people calling in - it costs them money to have advisors on hand to deal with those calls; and why pay for that when there are loads of experienced people on the boards providing a far better service than their own advisors - and that doesn't cost them a bean!.

What was the value of the item? There is a process to follow that does not require contacting customer services - who will likely only tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone anyway.

A major backbone telephony provider has gone down down within the last hour or so. Our company currently has no telephone service at all - this might be the reason.
