Can not print postage labels AGAIN

Just sold item went to print label SAYS HAVING ISSUES  seems there is not a day go,s by with out some issues, this was a old listing with choice of companies, all Royal Mail have red heading saying Having issues, just gets so this site is unworkable

 Can you not download the QR code and on a phone etc and take code to PO where they will scan it at counter and print out a label . We have no printer or smart phone so we have to down load the QR code and then we take that to the PO .

Can not access the label can not see the label it’s taken the money but just saying have in technical issues AGAIN every week there is another problem with some part of eBay, makes you wonder if they ever sack these people that are causing these the system to keep breaking down
