Why does it take so long for a purchase to arrive or for a sold item to reach the buyer?

Not a fan of this new Ebay shipping program. When I sell an item, usually a 45 record, It arrives through the buyers letterbox the day after payment is made, that`s a big part of my 100% positive feedback. 

With this idiotic system it took 11 days to arrive, just not good enough!  

It`s sent with the ebay shipping service, you get a printable postage label which you stick to the package. And yes, there`s no longer any shipping address in the ORDER DETAILS section, so can`t just post it NORMALLY.

This is what it says.

Get your prepaid label – no printer required

Print the label or take the QR code to a drop-off location. Your package will be tracked and fully protected in case of loss or damage in transit.

You are' not alone in your lack of fandom. And your fellow Sellers have several suggestions to avoid Simple Delivery altogether.

1. Become a Business Seller

2. Download the SD label to get the address but do not use it. Instead dispatch with your chosen carrier and use 'Add a Tracking Number' to update the Tracking to your personal choice of postage.

If you do the latter, and the Buyer will be refunded their SD label purchase within 30-days (if you paid you will have to request a cancellation and refund from eBay).

Even if you continue to use Simple Delivery, Buyers do have the option to choose 24h postage.
