Where's the RM large letter under 100g option?

Stupid Delivery is trying to charge £2.72 for an item I wanted to list that comes in well under 100g Large Letter so would cost £1.55 at the Post Office. 

Already feeling the sting of a SD label that I'm waiting to be refunded for so trying really hard not to get it wrong!

Can anyone please tell me where the option to select RM Large Letter 100g is?

Think it might be category dependant at the min, cds and dvds are coming up here with custom postage again whereas they didn't a few days ago.

You haven't said what the item is.  A lot of categories are exempt from Simple Delivery if the item is less than £10 — see https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/simple-delivery?id=5575#se... for the list.

However to get the full range of postal services, like standard Second Class, you have to enter the price (less than £10) first.  You can then choose Custom Postage and it's like it was pre-Simple Delivery.

If the item is over £10 or not in an exempted category then there's nothing you can do about it.

I'm in a similar situation...No RM large delivery option under 100g...unless its hidden somewhere

You are registered as a business seller and have a postage cost of £1.55 for RM Large Letter on some of your listings.

Maybe you have a different issue as business sellers don't use Simple Delivery.

Hi! Thanks for your message. I changed my registration to business user
this morning to be able to send items as 2nd class large letter. I think
I've got it sorted...What a faff after all these changes!
