Just noticed when I printed a label, it has incorrect return address on it. Thought I had managed to change this already

Return address wrong on label

Only answer I've had from them is to ask buyer to cancel order and relist the item for them to buy again. Apparently once a label has been printed its impossible to change it!

Return address wrong on label

I changed my return address on ebay 2 months ago and removed the other one so I literally have only one address anywhere in ebay. However it still prints my old address on prepaid labels at the parcelshop. So if a delivery isnt made and an item is returned I'll have to refund the buyer and lose the item. I attempted to sort this using chat, and was passed between 3 agents all of whom didnt listen and just told me to update my address. Clearly Ebay has a database issue somewhere. How the hell do we escalate this to someone who will listen and has the authority to actually investigate the issue?

Return address wrong on label

I wish it was that easy. I've requested 2 call backs and been told the wait time is 3 minutes, only to never receive a call.

Is there a number we can call ourselves and not have to rely on a call back?

Just the call back or pointless live chat call back as advised is the best option.

Apologies if you have already done this - but do double check that your address is correct.

You have to independently enter it into 5 different places.  Strangely enough, when I just found this to provide the link, I did not have a return address at all, even though I am certain I added one when I moved house last year.

Return address wrong on label

Ah, thanks so much. So although I entered my correct "Return Address" my old address was showing under "Dispatch Address".

I've now removed all trace of it.

Its ridiculous that eBay employees cant tell me this but thanks so much for your help. I'll update if that solves the issue next time I post an item. Cheers
