I send all my items by RM Tracked 48, and now RM says their aim is to deliver 2-3 working days and on Tracked 24 1-2 working days, but I'm finding that its taking 4 days for Tracked 48 and that the RM tracking site has not worked for several days, which in turn is now impacting me as buyers assume I have not posted the item.
Ever since RM and Parcelforce merged the service is getting as bad as EVRI.
Personally I think the Government should force RM to stop calling the Tracked service as 48 or 24 as this is false advertising.
It seems that the UK in every aspect is failing/falling down
