I’ve sold about 8-9 items to different sellers and i’m unable to generate a label for any of them coming up with this error tried refreshing the page a few times or trying on laptop and phone but it’s not making a difference. Currently it’s one label from Royal Mail and the rest from Evri

It looks like you are trying to do this from the app, did you try doing this from the browser to see if it works or you get the same error?

Mine seems to be okay now mate, frustrating enough that I missed dispatch this morning due to it though I can’t imagine how annoying it is for you still not working. So many issues since it all went to simple delivery, I dunno where to start.

This was a Royal Mail issue which is now resolved.
You should find your labels will work now.
Go to eBay Announcements top left of this page under eBay News, for the latest update on this issue , and what to do if it has impacted your seller performance.

Hi @tressygirl, just to clarify and avoid confusion, the issue you're referring to is for members who are unable to scan their labels, but they are able to to generate their labels, so that would be a different issue.
@adakh-92, Your issue here would be different to the one above, and I was able to replicate it from my end, so this would be a technical error from our end. I've just added you to a bug report to get your account fixed, once this is resolved, I will post back here to let you know this is resolved.

I dont know what fixed it tbh, all I can say is it wasnt working on my pc.. went out in the car and tried again on my phone 10 mins later and it worked. No idea what the issue was or how it was fixed.
