Simple delivery- no collection service available

Although it is stated in several ebay articles that if as a seller you choose only Royal Mail , not Evri, then you can have parcels collected from home, THIS IS NOT TRUE. Apparently, 'it will be available in the future', so if you want to sell via ebay as a private seller, you are back to traipsing to the Post Office, finding somewhere to park and standing in a queue. Well, I for one am not- all my listings are being transferred to Facebook marketplace!

You can get them collected

its the postman bringing the label with them that will be available “soon”

if you can print the label it’s like before

You have to go to RM website though and arrange it using the tracking number I think

I just buy off Royal Mail and add the tracking number in

Thank you. I couldn't see any way of getting round the label being produced before I had a chance to tell it I wanted collection. I spoke to 2 ebay people who both said it wasn't available !
