no tracking due to customer collection

buyer collected item instead of me posting it,now because i have no tracking i have to wait 14 days for payment,buyer has left positive feedback,but because i had postage only on the listing i know to wait 2 weeks for funds to be released???

That is correct the only way a collection item has payment released early is when the collection code is scanned / added.

You do not have this code,  so you will have to wait 14 days for the payout to be released.
