I've found two problems while using Simple Delivery: when you have combined postage, if you have a combination with two services, i.e., Simple & Advanced, you can't add a tracking number. OR cancel a simple postage. Seems odd you cant do a cancel OR add tracking as Ive now got an item thats overdue for posting although the items arrived a week ago, eBay please adjust as yes, it's slightly cheaper for the buyer, but as a seller, it doesn't cover the packing costs of sending a vinyl record. Any thoughts or ideas please.

Yes, combining postage is still not working correctly with Simple Delivery. eBay is aware of the problem. In the meantime, many Sellers cancel the sales (with the Buyer's permission) and relist the bundle as one Item with one SD label.
You can add Tracking once you've downloaded the Buyer's SD label:
Order Details > Track Package down arrow > Add Tracking
Your Buyer's unused SD label will be refunded automatically within 30-days.
If you paid for the SD label, you have 14-days to cancel it here:
