Simple Delivery Postage problem

Hi 

I've just began a new listing and noticed the addition of something called "simple delivery" for my postage option. However, I am now unable to locate 'custom postage.' What's going on?

The vast majority of my items are listed with Royal Mail 48 Tracked which costs £3.35 for items under 2kg. But this 'Simple delivery' has a price already selected, The buyer will pay £2.94 apparently. And it seems I have no choice in the matter.

Is anyone else experiencing this bizarre turn of events? A friend of mine noticed something similar, but he at least has two options 'Simple Delivery' or 'Custom postage.' I have no such option. According to ebay help there is a technical issue upon which  they are working.

Any ideas?

When I rellst or choose sell similar, ebay changes my previously selected, and appropriate, postage option.  Now it quite often changes it, without warning, to something that doesn't even cover the size of the item I'm selling. It's utterly confusing and beyond infuriating.

Dam it its not working. Its extremely important too for me to get rid of simple. I need custom. This is taking the Michael & notice yre not forcing this on international

Yh me and there's now no way around it so I cannot list my item back up now nor revise any items because if I try revise its trying to automatically force to simple delivery this is a disgrace. Its just. Getting worse on here now. And there's going to be no way for ne to sell

This is happening to me now. I wanted to add information revise a listing. To try help with the other absolute Ness from Ebay trying to charge insanely postage vie Global shipping  from UK to 🇺🇸 USA, problem.is if I go into revise it automatically tries to force SIMPLE DELIVERY for within UK so I cannot save the revision and have to back out leaving unedited & the listing stays how it was with courier 3-5 days. So I decided to try ending item ^ relisting or using sell similar but now it's only again giving Simple Delivery & no switch to advanced options so I can custom. I'm now stuck with 1 my best items no longer listed. This is fricking ridiculous!@ and a total scam, because after using their packlink service in the past who started scamming sellers by months later tacking a surcharge of £7 each time claiming delivered packet was over weight & dimensions when they weren't.  I refused to use their simple delivery ever again. & since using my own custom options I've had NO problems. This us outrageous.  I ontop have health issues so need to beable to post or have parcels collected when I can not the 2 days they now demand. The platform is over for private sellers at this rate. I already lost £800 in 3 days other day due to the ridiculous postage they charge now to usa
