Royal mail and ebay aren't showing delivered.

Hi.

I sold an item recently. It was sent Royal Mail special delivery 1pm, however both Royal mail tracking and eBay haven't updated the tracking and it is still showing at the delivery office. I have been in contact with the buyer who has confirmed its been received and has left me positive feedback. I can't get paid until Ebay releases the funds or the tracking Catches up. This order isn't just some silly £1.20 order. Its for over £900 which I kinda need. Can anyone help?

If you contact eBay, I think they should be able to release the funds if positive feedback has been left.

They won't but you can ask the buyer to message you confirming receipt. Cust Serv won't accept just feedback.

Well as said in my original message the buyer has confirmed they have received it as I messaged him to check. Given that the order was for a large sum, I messaged him and he confirmed he received the item and then left positive feedback. However the tracking still hasn't updated on Ebay or Via Royal Mail.
