Royal Mail label cancellation request - how long does it take?

Hello,

I purchased 4 Royal Mail printable labels on the 27th Dec but due to my printer failing on me and needing a QR code instead, I had to cancel. I put in a request to cancel on this same date but as of today it still says 'cancellation requested' and I haven't been refunded.

Does anyone know how long this is supposed to take?

It can take up to 21 days.

Yes have cancelled a few myself.  Your labels will be cancelled once the time for you to use them has passed and Royal Mail can see they have not been used. Normally 14 to 21 days. Just chill and relax and you will receive notification that you have had your money refunded.
