Refund postage on combined order

Hi all

If my buyer pays Ebay for 'simple postage' on 2 orders and I combine them so only generate 1 QR code, what happens?

Ideally the buyer gets refunded the second postage automatically. 

From my end I cant see a postage charge on the second order, so can't see a way that I can refund anything?

If a Simple Delivery label is not used the cost is refunded to the buyer within 30 days.
