Posting to NI

I have sold an item to Northern Ireland. My default postage is Evri. They charge extra for NI. In the past I have just changed it to RM and paid the extra 30p or so.

I tried to do this again but the postage label came out with a weird address format which is basically a Shopping Centre, not the customers address.

Any ideas how to deal with this? I have the buyers correct address but if I buy direct from RM to NI it's more expensive.

Any help appreciated

Re: Posting to NI

Does the label match the order address shown? Have you asked the buyer if that is the correct delivery address?

Some of your sold items had Click and Collect on - so an address for a specific shop in a shopping centre would be common. If it was Click and Collect (non-Simple Delivery) the address would normally contain an ECP code (which needs to be stated on the package/label.)
