Anyone else had anything strange happen with postage today?
I sold a gold chain earlier which was listed yesterday with simple delivery and well within the compensation amount covered. When my buyer has checked out they’ve paid for special delivery, how? It’s also overcharged them by £3.
Which leads me to another question. When buying the special delivery postage with collection it says it takes an extra day. Anyone know if that’s factoring in them not picking it up until tomorrow or it’s an extra days delivery time because it doesn’t meet the 1pm deadline? My buyer has requested Thursday as their delivery day.
The other weird thing this morning was when I went to add some more pics to a jewellery listing (under £100) I was doing it on the hub and when I went to save it it asked me to add delivery options and the simple delivery I had used yesterday when I listed said it wasn’t available. I then tried to edit on the app and simple delivery was fine. Left it half an hour and when the page refreshed on the hub I could use simple delivery again. Probably nothing but make me wonder if they’re messing about with delivery behind the scenes agin.
