Post office worries

I’ve taken 3 parcels to the post office this morning all with QR codes tracked 48 simple delivery. The labels printed fine with the correct addresses for my customers. The lady behind the counter said that the system was showing an error with incorrect parcel size, when they are not, the correct postage size was used. How does the system know what size parcel is in front of them? Never had this before. She labeled up all 3 and accepted the parcels. I didn’t get my normal proof of postage receipt with the tracking numbers on, instead I got a small receipt showing ‘labels to go £0.00’ for all 3.

I’m worried about in insurance on these items as they have been scanned in but the eBay listings haven’t updated as usual to show they’ve had a courier scan. All I have is this labels2go posting slip.
This service was so easy and slick when I started using it, now I’ve run into these problems 😩

Post office worries

There are lots of threads and additional replies about issues posting RM Simple Delivery items at a Post Office since yesterday. Take a look and see if they are similar to your situation.

Hopefully your items will still track as they go through the RM network, and hopefully someone from ebay/RM/PO/somewhere will give an explanation and instructions if anybody needs to do anything - probably after the weekend.
