Parcelforce

I selected parcelforce 48 for my parcel, buyer was supposed to pay the postage fee which they did but when it came to selecting the label for the postage the price for the postage is much higher. I had to cancel the order as postage costs was far too high. On royal mail website the price is exactly the price I had orginally selected in ebay but now ebay have charged a higher postage fee which was not what i had selected, it is incorrect on ebay. I lost a sale.

Thanks for the reply.

That’s what I was thinking might be best. Do you mark you items for sale as seller pays (ie free shipping) then or how do you get the buyer to pay if you order it via parcelforce directly?

Thanks for the help as got a few items worth a few hundred to sell but want to make sure they are covered and sounds like they’re not if you get parcelforce through eBay
