Help - Just bought Royal Mail 48 tracked postage - didnt have the option to generate QR code

Hi I just bought 48 tracked Royal Mail postage via ebay, I usually am asked to choose between QR or print at home. I didnt get this option this time and I was automatically sent a print at home label, which is a problem since I dont currently have a working printer.

I can void the postage and get a QR code direct from Royal Mail, thats not a problem, but a bit of a faff to do this every time.

A similar thing happened to me on Friday although that time I just assumed I had clicked the wrong box when buying postage - this time I was extra careful - the option just wasnt there.

How do I get the QR code option back - or have ebay just taken this away from us?

update - something that potentially have caused this is that a week or two ago, I sent something by 2nd class (non tracked) and printed the label at a neighbours house (low value, not worth tracking) - since doing that I havent had QR code option

update - just spoke to ebay - PEBKAC - user error, I feel silly. If there was an option to delete this thread I would.
