Evri Tracked Parcel is Lost - How do I make a claim?

I sold an item and posted it via Evri Tracked. 

 

I posted it in a UK Royal Mail Post Office using the Evri Tracked. 

 

The tracking number show's no update since 3rd August and just states it is delayed.

 

The buyer has requested a refund.

 

How do I make a claim against Evri to get a refund for this?

 

If I try and do this online - and cannot find anyway to do this. The chat bot doesn't help. The phone number doesn't help. When I fill up the form online it requires a confirmation order number that wasn't provided on the receipt from the Royal Mail.

 

This feesl like a big con..!

Evri Tracked Parcel is Lost - How do I make a claim?

Where did you buy the label from if you bought from ebay then its packlink you need to talk too. If evri then you need to talk to them. However you should have received some receipt at the post office for the service.

Before you make the claim, check that the item was actually covered by their compensation cover as there is a very long list of items they don't insure in transit...
