I sold an item and posted it via Evri Tracked.
I posted it in a UK Royal Mail Post Office using the Evri Tracked.
The tracking number show's no update since 3rd August and just states it is delayed.
The buyer has requested a refund.
How do I make a claim against Evri to get a refund for this?
If I try and do this online - and cannot find anyway to do this. The chat bot doesn't help. The phone number doesn't help. When I fill up the form online it requires a confirmation order number that wasn't provided on the receipt from the Royal Mail.
This feesl like a big con..!
Please help!?
