EBay Global Shipping Programme centre no answer

Hello

I sent a medium parcel of books via the Global Shipping Program to Ireland, with Royal Mail tracked 24 Signed on Friday.
On Saturday my tracking updates with Delivery Attempted - No Answer

But it shows a picture of a pile of parcels as proof of delivery!! 

I emailed  Royal Mail, and they said that it's probably just an incorrect message and the parcel should be on its way to Ireland.

How can I be sure that this really is the case, is there a way to track the parcel from the GSP hub to the recipient? 

I've tried emailing eBay but they don't seem to understand what I've explained above. I've seen that eBay should be able to track my parcel down in the hub if it's their! 
I've got pictures of my parcel, tracking and items number.

Thank you!! I'm just super worried as it's an expensive set of books.

You don't need to worry as you have sent the parcel through Ebay GSP. As soon as it reached the hub and you have confirmation of this, you are covered for loss or damage.

I would wait and see if your buyer opens an INR request. If they do, you need to call CS and say that the item was sent through GSP. They will then close the case and refund your buyer if necessary and you keep the funds from the sale.

Under the terms of eBay's Money Back Guarantee you should be covered if the tracking shows as 'Delivery attempted' to the address provided by eBay which in this case is the international hub in Lichfield.

I've had the exact same thing happen today, shown as "delivery attempted - no answer" but has a photo of the parcel pile.

Did your parcel make it through okay? I appreciate that both buyer and seller are covered but the buyer was particularly keen to get this.
