You are talking to members like yourself, so sorry but we have no idea.

What I can tell you is that others have been reporting late / non DHL collections,  so you may wish to wait until you feel you need to post , not to receive any late dispatch marks,  and use you Post Office to post this item, with another postal service.

You'll then need to update your tracking details and the refund for the unused Simple Delivery label will go to whoever paid for the label.

Update tracking here,  use a desktop browser,  Chrome works well.

• Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
• Click on "View order details"
• Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
• Click on the "Add tracking" option
• A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

For the unused SD label:

• If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.  Also ensure you add the replacement tracking number of the service used, and it shows delivery.

I have been a Ebay member for over 20 years but not sold anything for a while.

I wish I had read all the negative comments on the community boards in respect of simple delivery before recently selling some high value items.

I too have been waiting 5 days for DHL Ecommerce to pickup a large heavy package.

Numerous  calls to their customer services , customer case opened and a formal complaint sent -and nothing, no pick up .

Nobody owns the problem ,you just repeat yourself to a different call centre agent each time who apologises but is incapable of sorting the issue. DHL should be removed from Simple delivery.

My buyer was originally paying postage , but I have had to buy Parcelforce delivery just to get the package moving.

Now I cannot insert the new courier in my tracking listing - coming up as an error.

Hopefully if the DHL shipment is not used  I can get the partial refund of postage from Ebay. Or  it's  £25 less on my selling income.

I am now seriously thinking of deleting my remaining listing and looking at a new selling outlet.

If the buyer paid postage on your listing then they will get the refund for the unused label not you.
