Click and collect , order not ready!

Hi 

my order was shipped to the " click and collect" point 18 hours ago by Royal Mail tracking, but I still didn't receive message from eBay  about ready to pick up? Anybody know how to fix this issue?

If you haven't received the collection code, and tracking shows as delivered, then you will need to contact eBay to request it.  Use the following link to request a callback (best to do so first thing in the morning so that you get someone from the team in Ireland who are more knowledgeable and have greater authority):

8am to 10pm on weekdays and
9am to 6pm on weekends

eBay CS or click & collect team will not give you a collection code. This has to be initiated by the collection point when they scan the item at the collection point. Once they has successfully and properly scanned the package you will received the collection code.
