Cant generat a postal prepaid address label from eBay for two parcels i

For some reason i can't generate 2 prepaid address labels from eBay to post 2 parcels to be posted Saturday morning 19/07/2025 before the last post at 11am at local Post Office. Phoned eBay and was told it's just a clitch had loads of calls  this morning and its not a problem it's just a issue and I would be contacted by someone else about  it and the phone call went dead. I had already waited 30 minutes to actually speak to a real person and just give up and I hope  this issue is sorted out for this coming Monday.

It's a Royal Mail issue.

Someone has just posted this helpful information see below,  perhaps this is the reason why you and so many others are in the same predicament?

The business Click and Drop website is down since sometime last night. I assume this is related and eBay's RM labels are generated from the same domain.

RM Click and Drop business domain is different to the retail site. The retail site is still working.

I assume eBay gets their labels generated via the business domain.

RM own C+D service checker claims the site is working correctly, but the website page shows it as down.

Royal Mail have also issued this statement:

We’re experiencing technical issues across some of our systems due to a global IT issue.

Issues at Royal Mail are now resolved.

I'm able to print labels again.
