Hi guys,

I'm just wondering if you have any problems to sign in. No matter what I do I cannot sign in. Tried different browsers, different network still I cannot access.

I had to buy Royal Mail postage through eBay for my parcels, but they didn't do a customs declaration/label for the one to Northern Ireland....I phoned up eBay and the Nordic-sounding guy said it wasn't needed, but click and drop always provide them for N.I. Going mad trying to find a way round it. ...

It's still down, what is going on there. I suppose I'll get labels through eBay as you done it.

It looks I spoke to soon, you cannot do this through eBay anymore. Royal Mail option doesn't exist

It shows how incompetent Royal Mail is. I just checked Click & Drop status and it says no incidents reported today. I wish to know how to report it. It seems impossible to find how to report technical issues on Click & Drop.

There is a workaround of sorts. Royal Mail's Click & Drop and integrated online label system (for eBay labels) has been down since around 7pm yesterday

But you can still manually buy online labels via the Royal Mail website for your eBay sales. Just click on 'Send Your Item' from their website and go through the steps to pay/download the labels.

It takes longer since you have to fill in all the details on each order, but it works. I've just been back from the Post Office having sent yesterdays eBay orders and copy/pasted the tracking numbers.

Yes, I managed to figure out this myself. Progress slow but better then not sending orders. To be honest with you I expected this to be sorted overnight, unfortunately that's not the case.
