Hi all sold a watch to a buyer i have have proof of sending and can track to the Gatwick mc for delivery but thats how its been for a week the money is being held by ebay until its sorted out but my buyer is now asking for a refund
dont blame the buyer at all just wonder what i should be doing here and what would happen if i refund and then it is delivered
any help/advice would be great
