not able to add bank or debit card?

I have finally got round to listing some things (taken ALL afternoon) but trying to add my bank and card for payment and fees but they are getting rejected? Natwest, so not some doddgy small bank.

1. The bank link wants me to log in to my bank using a 3rd party (trusty) BUT that is directly in breach of my banks rules so I cannot do that. Why is ebay even asking me to do such a wreckless risky thing?

2. I add the card ok, but then cannot tick anything in the box to progress, its like the page does'nt work.

SO having wasted hours setting ebay up , I am now going to end the listings until I can get this sorted out.

Contacted cs but they were no help at all.

What a total waste of a day.

I had this issue - I was using firefox - I changed to edge and all work just fine

Had this today, CS said do this do that and the other but in the end I did it myself by entering phone digits individually even when it said it wasn't accepted, which meant going back a page every time then took it after only 4 digits. The whole system is barmy.

why  they give me new bank card by today and I try order on eBay to order coat but why eBay not working with my new bank card ???????????
