Resolved! As a seller I set tracking by mistake, posted item - payment made but on hold "awaiting delivery"

Which will obviously never happen regardless of when the buyer gets the item, because the tracking is not active. Could anyone advise what to do? I contacted buyer and asked them to confirm delivery when it arrives,Otherwise will payment simply clear...
